UICSL PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO AMERICAN INDIANS AND ALASKA NATIVES: MEDICAL SERVICES AND HEALTH EDUCATION - GENERAL HEALTH SERVICES, IMMUNIZATIONS, DIABETES WELLNESS PROGRAMS. MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND COUNSELING - YOUTH AND FAMILY COUNSELING FOR FAMILY PRESERVATION, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ISSUES. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE - EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AND FOOD SUPPLIES TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT.
