USEA SUPPORTS 43 LOCAL AFFILIATES IN NEGOTIATIONS, ADVOCACY WORK (GRIEVANCES AND EMPLOYER ISSUES), LOBBYING THE LEGISLATURE FOR EFFECTIVE EDUCATION POLICY AND FUNDING. WE PROVIDE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. WE CONTINUE TO WORK TOWARDS THE GOALS THAT WERE CREATED AS A RESULT OF OUR RENEWED MISSION, VISION AND CORE VALUES.
THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS NON-TEACHING EMPLOYEES OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND PROVIDES MEMBER BENEFITS SUCH AS INSURANCE, LEGAL SERVICES, ETC.
