START SMART ARE SALARY NEGOTIATION WORKSHOPS TO BEGIN ADDRESSING THE GENDER WAGE GAP. AAUW-TUCSON EDUCATED APPROXIMATELY 100 PEOPLE ABOUT NEGOTIATING THEIR SALARY. SURVEY RESULTS WERE NOT ABLE TO BE EXTRAPOLATED BUT PRIOR YEAR RESULTS INDICATED AN AVERAGE OF 5% IN INCREASED SALARIES..2. AAUW-TUCSON, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS AND THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA, SUSPENDED THE ANNUAL RUNNING AND WINNING WORKSHOP FOR HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS DUE TO COVID.
