THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SUPPORT POLICIES THAT STRENGTHEN DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE CRUCIAL ROLE OF SECRETARIES OF STATE IN PROTECTING VOTING RIGHTS, AND SHINE A LIGHT ON THOSE WORKING TO ROLL BACK ELECTION ACCESS.

EVERY ELIGIBLE AMERICAN SET OUT TO CENTER DEMOCRACY IN THE MINDS OF YOUNG VOTERS, VOTERS OF COLOR, AND UNMARRIED WOMEN AS THEY CONSIDERED THE IMPORTANCE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE 2022 MIDTERM ELECTION. THROUGH QUALITATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH, WE HAD TO LEARN HOW VOTERS UNDERSTOOD THE THREATS TO DEMOCRACY AND WHAT NONPARTISAN MESSAGES WOULD BE THE MOST EFFECTIVE IN MOTIVATING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2022 ELECTION.
