CROSSTOWN 119 IS OUR AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER PROGRAM THAT DISCIPLES STUDENTS FROM 6 YEARS OLD THROUGH MIDDLE SCHOOL. NAMED FOR PSALM 119, WE SEEK TO ROOT OUR STUDENTS DEEPLY IN GOD'S WORD AS THE FOUNDATION FOR LIFE. WITH THIS ANCHOR, WE ENDEAVOR TO MAKE DISCIPLES IN EVERY AREA OF LIFE: DEVELOPING ACADEMICALLY, BECOMING EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY, FINDING THEIR GIFTS AND CALLING, AND GROWING IN THEIR FAITH.
CROSSTOWN WORKS IS OUR INITIATIVE FOCUSED ON WORK AND JOB TRAINING. WE CURRENTLY PARTNER WITH JOBS PARTNERSHIP AND THEIR LIFEWORKS TRAINING. THIS IS A TWELVE-WEEK CLASS FOCUSED ON ATTAINING THE SOFT SKILLS NEEDED TO GET AND KEEP A JOB, AND INCLUDES OPPORTUNITIES TO NETWORK WITH MAJOR EMPLOYERS IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. ALL THIS IS DONE FROM A BIBLICAL FOUNDATION THAT TEACHES THE GOD-GIVEN DIGNITY OF WORK.
CROSSTOWN CARES EXISTS TO PROVIDE SOUL CARE AND MERCY TO MEET THE PHYSICAL NEEDS OF OUR NEIGHBORS IN THE CROSSTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD.
