HEALTH ENROLLMENT OUR HEALTH ENTROLLMENT NAVIGATORS CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE OUTREACH AND HEALTH INSURANCE EDUCATION TO COFA COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS THAT PROVIDES INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE ON WASHINGTONS APPLE HEALTH ENROLLMENT. THEY COLLABORATE WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN EACH RESPECTIVE COFA COMMUNITY AND HOST QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS WITH KEY PARTNERS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES AND RESOURCES FOR COFA FAMILIES AND ORGANIZATIONS.
CULTURAL NAVIGATION AND OUTREACH OUR TEAM OF CULTURAL NAVIGATORS CONNECT COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH RESOURCES INCLUDING COVID 19 EDUCATION AND RELIEF, YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH, AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS TRAININGS. WE CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS USING SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, ONLINE TALK-STORY EVENTS AND WEBINARS, COMMUNITY VACCINATION EVENTS, AS WELL AS ONE ON ONE MEETINGS BETWEEN COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND NAVIGATORS.
PRENATAL EDUCATION THE BABY AND YOU PRENATAL SUPPORTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM EXPLICITLY ADDRESSES THE NEEDS OF PACIFIC ISLANDER FAMILIES AND MOTHERS IN THE KING COUNTY AREA AT RISK OF INFANT MORTALITY. BY FOCUSING ON PROVIDING CULTURALLY ALIGNED PRENATAL SERVICES, HEALTH EDUCATION, AND ACCESS TO RESOURCES, THE PROGRAM AIMS TO BRIDGE THE GAP AND IMPROVE OUTCOMES FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
