IN 2023, A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE DEVELOPED THE FOUNDATIONS FOR THE TRAINING STRATEGIES REQUIRED FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN OUR PROGRAM. A TEST GROUP OF STUDENTS WAS SELECTED FROM THE APPLICANTS, AND WE IMPLEMENTED THE INITIAL PROGRAMS. WE SELECTED A VIABLE TRAVEL SITE, AND WE CHOSE PARENTS TO SERVE ON OUR ADVISORY BOARD TO HELP US EVALUATE THE PROGRAM AND HELP US WITH MAKING IMPROVEMENTS.
