LEGAL: FIX THE COURT VIA AN ATTORNEY KNOWN FOR HIS FOIA WORK SUED THE U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE A DIVISION OF USDOJ OVER AN UNANSWERED FOIA REQUEST REGARDING TRAVEL UNDERTAKEN BY THE JUSTICES OF THE U.S. SUPREME COURT FROM EARLY 2018 THROUGH LATE 2022 THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE PUBLIC. THE LITIGATION IS ONGOING BUT FIX THE COURT EXPECTS THE USMS TO PRODUCE ALL RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS ABOUT 5,000 PAGES WORTH BY THE END OF THE 2023.


EDUCATION: FIX THE COURT EDUCATED THE PUBLIC ON THE WAYS IN WHICH THE FEDERAL COURTS IN GENERAL - AND THE U.S. SUPREME COURT IN PARTICULAR - HAVE FAILED TO MODERNIZE THEIR ETHICS RECUSAL BROADCAST PUBLIC-APPEARANCE DISCLOSURE AND TENURE RULES.
