THE DOHMEN GROUP WAS RETAINED TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT IN THE PLANNING, DESIGNING, AND DEVELOPMENT OF A CYBER EDUCATION/RESEARCH CENTER IN SIOUX FALLS. THIS CENTER WAS TO BE IN SUPPORT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SUBSTANTIAL CYBER PRESENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. THE WORK INCLUDED DESIGNING FACILITIES, ARTICULATING STAFFING PATTERNS, DEVELOPING CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPORTIVE COMPANIES AND INDUSTRY PARTNERS, ALL IN CONJUNCTION WITH DSU AND ITS LEADERSHIP. LASTLY, THE DOHMEN GROUP WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND OBSTACLES, IDENTIFYING APPROPRIATE PROJECTS, AND THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CYBER/IT INDUSTRY IN SIOUX FALLS.
