SPONSORING AND CO-SPONSORING PUBLIC SPEAKERS OF NOTE WHO ADDRESS JEFFERSONIAN PRINCIPALS OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION AND PERSONAL FREEDOM AND INITIATIVE. ESTIMATED AUDIENCE OF 2000 STUDENTS AND PUBLIC. OBJECTIVES: EDUCATE PUBLIC AND STUDENTS ABOUT THOS JEFFERSON, HIS IDEALS AND HIS LEGACY AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION.
INSTRUMENTAL IN ADAPTION OF A FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION POLICY BY THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA AND SUBSEQUENT MONITORING. ALL VOLUNTEER, NO DIRECT COST.
COMMUNICATION WITH UVA STUDENTS, FRIENDS AND ALUMNI RE FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION ISSUES. MONITOR SAME.
