SECOND CENTURY FOUNDATION (THE FOUNDATION) IS A CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION CREATED TO INTRODUCE, EMPOWER, AND ADVANCE UNDERREPRESENTED CANDIDATES IN THE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ("PROPTECH") THROUGH ITS SUPPORT AND CONTRIBUTION TO EDUCATIONAL AND CAREER-BASED OPPORTUNITIES.

THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE GRANTS FOR UNDERREPRESENTED INDIVIDUALS IN THE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY BY PAYING FOR THE INDIVIDUALS' COST OF ATTENDING TRAINING SESSIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON INDUSTRY SEMINARS AND EVENTS. THE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTING THE TRAINING SESSION.
