WOMEN'S BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE: EACH YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS AN EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE THAT PROVIDES ATTENDEES WITH BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP INFORMATION TO HELP THEM IMPROVE THEIR ABILITY TO LEAD IN THEIR COMMUNITIES & CAREERS. THE CONFERENCE ALSO PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR RECOGNIZING ROLE MODELS AND LEADERS ACROSS KENTUCKY AND FOR PRESENTING COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG WOMEN IN KENTUCKY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.


ROUNDTABLE LUNCHEONS: A SERIES OF LUNCHEON PROGRAMS THAT FEATURE PROMINENT KENTUCKIANS AS SPEAKERS. THE PROGRAMS PROVIDE ATTENDEES THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE AND LEARN FROM CHALLENGES ADDRESSED IN THEIR CAREERS.
