PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING FUNDING EFFORTS BY OTHERS TO DO SO, AND TO ACQUIRE, OWN AND PRESERVE REAL PROPERTY AND CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LANDS WHICH SUPPORT HABITATS CRITICAL TO LIFE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RAIN FORESTS, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN BIO- DIVERSITY IN BOTH PLANTS AND ANIMALS. IN ADDITION TO PRESERVING THE LAND, THE CORPORATION WILL ALSO DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC ALTERNATIVES FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLES TO AVOID RESOURCE DEPLETION AND WILL MAKE THE LAND AVAILABLE FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. 5 CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WERE SERVED DURING 2023.
