IN 2022, THANKS TO COMMUNITY GARDENS OF TUCSON: 600 SEED PACKETS DISTRIBUTED AT NO COST TO GARDENERS AND THE GREATER TUCSON COMMUNITY; 72 NEW GARDENERS JOINED COMMUNITY GARDENS OF TUCSON; 83 SCHOLARSHIP PLOTS PROVIDED TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS; 110 KIDS IN GARDEN CLASSES WERE HELD; 325 ELEMENTARY STUDENTS LEARNED ABOUT THE MAGIC OF GARDENING; 5 COMMUNITY EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS HOSTED; $15,000 IN GRANTS WERE RAISED TO SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS; 125 VOLUNTEERS DONATING HUNDREDS OF HOURS TO SUPPORT OUR GARDENS.
