SUN CITY GRAND (SCG) IS A UNIQUE COMMUNITY WITH RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES AND VAST FELLOWSHIP. SCG OFFERS SOCIALIZATION, RECREATION, AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING AWARD-WINNING CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES. SCG PROTECTS AND MAINTAINS THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY BY MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPING, COMMON AREAS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION.
