HOME BUYER ASSISTANCE/HOUSING COUNSELING- PROVIDED HOMEBUYER EDUCATION, HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELING, CREDIT COUNSELING, FINANCIAL COACHING TO 190 CLIENTS. 230 HOUSEHOLDS COMPLETED A HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS,HOMEOWNER WORKSHOP, OR FINANCIAL LITERACY WORKSHOP.
COMMUNITY LAND TRUST - ACQUIRED / REHABILITATED HOMES AND SOLD THEM TO ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME, FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS THROUGH NEWTOWNS COMMUNITY LAND TRUST (CLT) PROGRAM. NEWTOWN CURRENTLY HAS 180 CLT PROPERTIES IN AVONDALE, CHANDLER, EL MIRAGE, GILBERT, GLENDALE, GOODYEAR, PEORIA, PHOENIX, QUEEN CREEK, SCOTTSDALE, AND TEMPE, AZ.
