FUNDS FROM THESE GRANTS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO HOMELESS AND AT-RISK MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO SECURE PERMANENT HOUSING. CPSA HAS ALSO BEEN ESTABLISHED AS THE GRANT APPLICANT FOR THE COMMUNITY PARTNERS, INC. ORGANIZATION.
