OUR PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO OVERSEE THE COLLECTION OF ANNUAL DUES/ASSESSMENTS, BUDGET THE FUNDS AS OUR OPERATING EXPENSES, ENFORCE THE RULES AS NEEDED AND ENGAGE IN PROMOTING THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY.
