PROVIDING AFFORDABLE PRIMARY CARE TO THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST IN THE GREATER PHOENIX AREA.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

MOUNTAIN PARK HEALTH CENTER PROVIDES ENCOUNTERS TO UNINSURED PATIENTS IN CARRYING OUT ITS TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSE AS A PRIMARY CARE FACILITY. IN 1984, MOUNTAIN PARK HEALTH CENTER BEGAN SERVING THE COMMUNITY WITH ONE DOCTOR AND ONE CLINIC LOCATION. TODAY, OUR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER HAS NINE CLINICS IN DIVERSE NEIGHBORHOODS ACROSS THE VALLEY, INCLUDING PRIMARY MEDICAL, DENTAL, PHARMACEUTICAL, AND INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE.
