THE PHOENIX CHAPTER OF ARCS FOUNDATION, INC., USES THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES TO DETERMINE AN INDIVIDUAL'S QUALIFICATION FOR A SCHOLAR AWARD:THE FOUNDATION'S CHAIRPERSON COORDINATES WITH THE DEANS OF THE GRADUATE COLLEGES OF ARIZONA'S THREE PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES TO FIND QUALIFIED GRADUATE STUDENTS. THESE GRADUATE STUDENTS ARE STUDYING TO COMPLETE DEGREES IN SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND MEDICINE RESEARCH. THE UNIVERSITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SELECTING OF THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
