THE RYAN WHITE HIV STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM PERFORMED OUTREACH SERVICES TO AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN WHO WERE HARD TO REACH AND RESISTANT TO TREATMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF EARLY INTERVETION HIV TESTING AND REFERRAL TO HIV MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
