THE ORGANIZATION PREVIOUSLY OPERATED AS A COLLEGE PREPARATORY SCHOOL SINCE ITS FORMATION IN 1944. IN JUNE 2014, THE SCHOOL'S EDUCATIONAL OPERATIONS CEASED DUE TO SEVERAL YEARS OF DECLINING ENROLLMENT. AS SUCH, THE ORGANIZATION IS NO LONGER AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN IRC SECTION 170(B)(1)(A)(II), BUT CURRENTLY QUALIFIES AS A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER IRC SECTION 509(A)(2). SEE SCHEDULE A.
