OLAD IS A CONTINUATION OF A HAITIAN GRASSROOTS PROGRAM LOCATED IN PORT-AU- PRINCE AND GRAND-DIABLE AREAS, WHICH PROVIDES CHILDREN WITH AN EDUCATION AS WELL AS SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. THEY ALSO HELP THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES SEEK VIABLE WATER SOLUTIONS AND FOCUS ON STIMULATING THE LOCAL ECONOMIES, BY PROVIDING JOBS, SUPPORT EXISTING BUSINESSES AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MICRO-ENTERPRISE.
