ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PROVIDING EMERGENCY SERVICES SUCH AS FOOD ASSISTANCE, CLOTHING, GAS VOUCHERS, LAUNDRY VOUCHERS, EMERGENCY GRANTS, AND THE SAFE OVERNIGHT VEHICLE PARK PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, ENCOMPASS WORKS TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING COMMUNITIES FOR SPECIALIZED POPULATION EXPERIENCING HOUSELESSNESS.
