NORCAL AQUATICS IS A DISTINGUISHED YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM DEDICATED TO SERVING THE COMMUNITIES OF LOS ALTOS, MOUNTAIN VIEW, PALO ALTO IN THE BAY AREA, AND THE SANTA CRUZ WATER POLO AND SWIMMING COMMUNITIES. WE CATER TO ATHLETES OF ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS, OFFERING A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING REGIMEN THAT INCORPORATES DRYLAND EXERCISES, SWIMMING, AND WATER POLO, FOSTERING THE DEVELOPMENT OF WELL-ROUNDED INDIVIDUALS.

OUR PROGRAM IS METICULOUSLY STRUCTURED TO CULTIVATE CHARACTER, ENHANCE SELF-ESTEEM, AND INSTILL A ROBUST WORK ETHIC IN EVERY ATHLETE WE SERVE. WE ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE OUR ATHLETES TO APPLY THE VALUABLE ATTRIBUTES AND LIFE LESSONS ACQUIRED IN THE POOL TO VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THEIR LIVES, FOSTERING PERSONAL GROWTH AND RESILIENCE. OUR OFFERINGS ENCOMPASS METICULOUSLY PLANNED, ENJOYABLE, AND CHALLENGING WORKOUT SESSIONS. THESE SESSIONS NOT ONLY SERVE AS PLATFORMS FOR HONING SWIMMING AND WATER POLO SKILLS BUT ALSO AS ARENAS FOR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
