OUR MISSION IS TO HELP ONCOLOGY PATIENTS EXCEL DURING THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER. THE ALABAMA ONCOLOGY FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO IMPROVING THE LIVES OF PATIENTS AND FAMILIES THROUGHOUT CENTRAL ALABAMA THROUGH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND RESOURCES TO EASE THE BURDENS FACED BY THOSE FIGHTING CANCER.

PATIENT ASSISTANCE: WE OFFER A $1,000 GRANT PER PATIENT, PER YEAR FOR ELIGIBLE CANCER PATIENTS ON ACTIVE TREATMENTS TO HELP THEM WITH THE FINANCIAL DISTRESS CAUSED BY A CANCER DIAGNOSIS. THE ASSISTANCE INCLUDES ALL TYPES OF EXPENSES INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, UTILITIES, HEALTHCARE EXPENSES (COPAYS, DEDUCTIBLES), HOUSING, GROCERIES, ETC.
