EDUCATE CITIZENS REGARDING A CONSTITUTIONAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT AND TAKE ACTION ON LEGISLATIVE ISSUES CONCERNING INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES.

SEVERAL LAWSUITS FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR WERE COMPLETED IN THE COURTS CONCERNING THE EMERGENCY STATUS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS OF GOVERNOR BILL LEE AND MANDATES IN PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS. SOME CASES WERE DISMISSED ON STANDING WHILE GARNERING AN ALTERNATIVE RULING STATING THAT PUBLIC SCHOOLS HAD NO LAWFUL AUTHORITY TO MANDATE MASKS. OUR LEGAL TEAM PROVIDED SUPPORT TO MANY WHO WERE FACING JOB LOSS DUE TO MANDATES FOR COVID. LAWSUITS WERE FILED ON BEHALF OF NURSES AGAINST ASCENSION HEALTHCARE AND MIDDLE TENNESSEE STATE UNIVERSITY.


WE PRODUCED SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS REGARDING LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES IN OUR STATE AND HOSTED MANY EVENTS EDUCATING PARTICIPANTS ON LEGISLATION AND HOW TO ENGAGE IN GRASSROOTS ACTIVISM TO SUPPORT MANY LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES. PROVIDED A WEBSITE AND DIGITAL TOOLS MAKING IT ACCESSIBLE FOR CONSTITUENTS TO CONTACT THEIR STATE REPRESENTATIVES ON MANY KEY ISSUES. WORKED WITH THE TENNESSEE STANDS FOUNDATION TO HOST SEVERAL LARGE EDUCATIONAL EVENTS ACROSS THE STATE CALLED THE FREEDOM MATTERS TOUR.


WE WORKED TO DRAFT LEGISLATION CONCERNING EMPLOYEE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS, ELECTION INTEGRITY AND THE MAINTENANCE OF VOTER ROLLS IN TENNESSEE, PARENTAL RIGHTS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM. ADDITIONALLY, WE WORKED WITH OTHER GRASSROOTS GROUPS ACROSS THE STATE TO PUSH FOR A SPECIAL SESSION OF THE LEGISLATURE TO DEAL WITH COVID MANDATES AND FEDERAL OVERREACH CONCERNING OSHA AND CMS (HEALTHCARE) REGULATIONS.
