FIGHTING CANCER TODAY IS A YOUNG, EMERGING MARION, ILLINOIS-BASED NONPROFIT THAT HELPS CANCER PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS NAVIGATE THEIR INITIAL DIAGNOSIS THROUGH RECOVERY. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, WE HAVE HELPED OVER 800 FAMILIES IN THE UNITED STATES WITH OVER $75,000 OF DIRECT PERSONALIZED RESOURCES BY MEANS OF OUR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. WHEN FAMILIES RECEIVE OUR SUPPORT, THEY CAN MAINTAIN STABLE HOMES, MENTAL HEALTH, NUTRITION, AND HOPE AS THEY RECOVER FROM CANCER TREATMENT. AS AN ORGANIZATION, WE ARE COMMITTED TO UTILIZING OUR EXPERIENCES AS CANCER SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS TO ENSURE FAMILIES HAVE ACCESS TO SUPPORT AND ESSENTIAL NONMEDICAL SUPPORT AS THEY NAVIGATE THIS DIFFICULT CANCER JOURNEY.
