THE ORGANIZATION MAKES DISASTER AND HARDSHIP RELIEF GRANTS TO THE EMPLOYEES OF SHEETZ AND THEIR DEPENDENTS USING VARIOUS CRITERIA UNDER AN ESTABLISHED DISASTER AND HARDSHIP RELIEF PROGRAM. LIKE OTHER BUSINESSES, SHEETZ IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE WELFARE OF ITS WORKFORCE. THE NATURAL DISASTERS AFFECTING MANY AREAS OF THE COUNTRY IN RECENT YEARS, AS WELL AS THE CURRENT GLOBAL PANDEMIC OF COVID-19, HAVE REINFORCED THIS CONCERN. APPLICATION FORMS FOR DISASTER AND HARDSHIP RELIEF GRANTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL SHEETZ EMPLOYEES. THE ORGANIZATION APPOINTS MEMBERS TO A SELECTION COMMITTEE OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT REVIEWS ALL DISASTER/HARDSHIP RELIEF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AND SELECTS THOSE THAT MERIT A GRANT FROM THE ORGANIZATION.
