PIVOT ENGAGED IN COMMUNITY OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, CONNECT NON-PROFIT ENTITIES, RESEARCH AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT. OUTREACH ACTIVITIES INCLUDED MEETING AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH UNHOUSED COMMUNITY MEMBERS, LEARNING OF THE EXPERIENCES THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THEIR CURRENT HOMELESSNESS AND THE HURDLES THEY FACE IN REHOUSING THEMSELVES. PIVOT HAS WORKED ALONG SIDE OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO LEARN BEST PRACTICES, IDENTIFY GAPS IN SERVING THIS COMMUNITY AND STRENGTHEN COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS TO BEST SERVE THE UNHOUSED.
