IN 2021, LAUNCH GURLS IMPACTED 1600+GIRLS AGED 14-24 THROUGH 3 PARTNERS ACROSS 9 COUNTRIES: INDIA, KENYA, UGANDA, NIGERIA, CAMEROON, COLOMBIA, USA, NEPAL, AND HAITI. WE DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED THE GIRL BOSS BASICS PROGRAM WHICH IS AN INTRODUCTION TO ENTRENEURSHIP AND THE ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET USING GIRLS' OWN LIVES. IN ADDITION TO THE GIRL BOSS BASICS CURRICULUM, LAUNCH GURLS DEVELOPED A TOOLKIT TO HELP PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLD IMPLEMENT GIRL BOSS PROGRAMMING WHICH INCLUDES IMPACT ASSESSMENTS, MANAGEMENT DASHBOARDS, AND TRAINING. OVER 92% OF PARTICIPANTS SAID THAT THEY WOULD RECOMMEND THE PROGRAM POSITIVELY TO ANOTHER GIRL. OVER 90% OF PARTICIPANTS LEFT THE PROGRAM POSITIVELY TO ANOTHER GIRL. OVER 90% OF PARTICIPANTS LEFT THE PROGRAM MORE CONFIDENT IN THEMSELVES AND SPECIFICALLY IN THEIR ABILITY TO THINK CRITICALLY AND SOLVE PROBLEMS, COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY, BE FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE, TAKE INITIATIVE, BE SELF-RELIANT, PLAN FOR THEIR FUTURE, AND IDENTIFY AND USE SUPPORT NETWORKS. THE IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT HIGHLIGHTS THE LARGE PERCENTAGE GAINS OF GIRLS' PRE AND POST PROGRAM CONFIDENCE LEVELS (OVER 90%) IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING THESE SKILLS. GIRL BOSS BASICS SHOWS WITH STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE THAT GIRLS BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM AND EMERGE NOT JUST MORE CONFIDENT BUT ALSO WITH A CRITICAL SET OF 21ST CENTURY SKILLS.
