THE RENAISSANCE CATASTROPHIC EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOUNDATION(RCEAF) IS A 501C3 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST THE WORKERS OF RENAISSANCE FESTIVALS& OTHER EVENTS IN TIMES OF CATASTROPHIC EMERGENCY CRISIS THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, COMMUNITY & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO HELP WITH EMERGENCY EXPENSES OF ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS.


A MERCHANDISING PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN ORDER TO HELP SUPPORT RCEAFS ONGOING FUNDRAISING NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE AND EXPOSE THE COMMUNITY AND ITS SUPPORTERS TO ARTISTS AND ARTISANS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MERCHADISING ART PROJECTS.


RENCASA IS AN RCEAF PROGRAM EXTABLISHED IN 2021. THE RENAISSANCE COMMUNITY ABUSE SUPPORT ADVOCATES (RENCASA) MISSION IS TO PREVENT INTIMATE PARTNER AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE AMONG RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS, EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY, AND SUPPORT SURVIVORS WITH ADVOCACY, RESOURCES, AND REFERRALS TO ALLIED PROFESSIONALS. ADVOCATES ARE TRAINED, CERTIFIED AND PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUED EDUCATION TO LEARN THE BEST WAYS IN WHICH TO SUPPORT THIS MISSION WITH COMMUNITY SERVICE.
