THE FOUNDATION IS A DELAWARE NON-STOCK CORPORATION ORGANIZEDEXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCHPURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO INDIVIDUALS ANDOTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDED SUCH DISTRIBUTIONSARE MADE ON A TRUE CHARITABLE BASIS IN FURTHERANCE OF THEFOUNDATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE FOUNDATION WAS INITIALLY CREATED TO SUPPORT PEOPLESTRUGGLING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AND EXPANDED ITSFOCUS TO INCLUDE SOCIAL AND RACIAL JUSTICE INITIATIVES.
