CELEBRATION NATION IS A NONPROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT AIMS TO SERVE, INFORM AND EMPOWER LATINO (INDIGENOUS) COMMUNITIES THROUGH NUTRITION, EDUCATION, AND RESOURCES.OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE AND EQUITABLE FUTURE FOR THESE UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES, WHILE FOSTERING A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, DIGNITY AND CELEBRATION FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST.LATINO (INDIGENOUS) COMMUNITIES ARE HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED AND UNDERREPRESENTED, CELEBRATION NATION AIMS TO CREATE COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS THAT INFORM AND EMPOWER THESE COMMUNITIES. WINTER ACTIVITIES INCLUDED THE ANNUAL HOLIDAY INITIATIVES, FEATURING A TOY DRIVE FOR FARMWORKER'S KIDS AND A SWEATER COLLECTION FOR FARMWORKERS.LOOKING AHEAD, CELEBRATION NATION IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE NUTRITION, EDUCATION, AND RESOURCES TO THE LATINO (INDIGENOUS) COMMUNITY, WITH PLANS TO LAUNCH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THROUGH A VIRTUAL LEARNING CENTER IN 2024.CELEBRATION NATION'S FOOD BANK FOR FARMWORKERS ADDRESSES THE SIGNIFICANT FOOD INSECURITY AMONG THE LOWEST-PAID U.S. LABOR FORCE. FOCUSED ON THOSE LIVING BELOW THE POVERTY LINE, THE PROGRAM SERVED 8,000 INDIVIDUALS EVERY MONTH. THE HARVESTED DREAMS BACK TO SCHOOL PROGRAM EQUIPS CHILDREN AND TEENS WITH EDUCATIONAL TOOLS, SUPPLYING BACKPACKS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, AND CLOTHING. IN 2022, CELEBRATION NATION INCREASED ITS CLOTHING SUPPORT TO FARMWORKER FAMILIES DURING THE WINTER AND THE HEAT WAVES TO KEEP THEM PROTECTED THROUGH THE CHANGING WEATHER.
