Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CONSUMERS IN A THREE COUNTY AREA IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO. ASSISTANCE PROVIDED IN THE AREAS OF INDEPENDENT LIVING PLANS, HOUSING, VOCATIONAL, NUTRITION INFORMATION AND TRAINING.
OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE A SERVICE DOG TRAINING PROGRAM AND A HOME MODIFICATION PROGRAM. THESE PROGRAMS HELP PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT.
