HEALTH CARE - GRANTS TO SUPPORT ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTH CARE, INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH AND DENTAL CARE, FOR UNINSURED, UNDERINSURED AND MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED ADULTS, CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY.HUMAN SERVICES - GRANTS TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS PROVIDING DIRECT ASSISTANCE FOR VULNERABLE POPULATIONS INCLUDING AT-RISK CHILDREN/YOUTH; AID FOR PEOPLE IN TRANSITION OR WHO ARE HOMELESS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT; AND NURTURING FAMILIES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE BASIC NEEDS OF FOOD AND SHELTER.235 DIFFERENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVED GRANTS DURING THE YEAR.
