THE THREE-PRONGED APPROACH FIRST PROVIDES SUPPORT ON A PERSONAL LEVEL THROUGH OUR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM INCLUDES A 4-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM, WRAPAROUND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, AND BUINESS COLLABORATIVE COMPRISED OF BUSINESS OWNERS AND OPERATORS COMMITTED TO BEING A PART OF THE SOLUTION.
