PROGRAM SERVICES EMBRACING EQUITY OFFERS SCAFFOLDED PROGRAM SERVICES AT THE INDIVIDUAL, INTERPERSONAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL LEVELS IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY IMPACT SYSTEMIC CHANGE. EMBRACING EQUITY HAS SUPPORTED OVER 100 LEADERS REPRESENTING 40+ ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH OUR LEADERSHIP RESIDENCY, A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM THAT KICKS OFF WITH AN ORGANIZATION-WIDE EQUITY AUDIT AND ANALYSIS, INCLUDES COACHING AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT, AND CULMINATES IN A VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP RETREAT. TO DATE WE HAVE SUPPORTED OVER 5000+ PARTICIPANTS, AND 100+ ORGANIZATIONS FROM NINETEEN COUNTRIES, 47 US STATES, DC AND PUERTO RICO. 92% OF THESE PARTICIPANTS RECOMMENDS EMBRACING EQUITY.
