THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED TO OPERATE THE FOUNDATION DIRECTLY SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY THE FOUNDATION.
