HISTORICAL PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT IS A CREATIVE PLACEMAKING INITIATIVE BEING PILOTED IN WEST BALTIMORE TO SUPPORT THE REVIATLIZATION OF WEST BALTIMORE BY ATTRACTING PEOPLE, ENCOURAGING REINVESTMENT, PRESERVING CULTURE THROUGH STORYTELLING, AND CELEBRATING ITS PEOPLE AND PLACES
