Part 3 - Line 4a

A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN CRAYONS TO COMPUTERS AND THE SAM HUBBARD FOUNDATION, HUBBARD'S CUPBOARDS ALLOWS UNDERSERVED STUDENTS TO ACCESS THE SUPPLIES AND HEALTHY SNACKS THEY NEED "JUST IN TIME." IF A STUDENT'S BACKPACK RIPS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR OR A CHILD NEEDS A HEALTHY SNACK TO CARRY THEM FROM LUNCH TO SOCCER PRACTICE, THE CUPBOARD MAKES IT EASY FOR THAT STUDENT TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT WORRY. EACH CUPBOARD IS CONSISTENTLY STOCKED THROUGH THE YEAR WITH CORE SCHOOL SUPPLIES, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, AND HEALTHY SNACKS. HUBBARD'S CUPBOARDS DIRECTLY BENEFITS TEACHERS AND THEIR STUDENTS IN NEED.

SHOP WITH SAM, YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP, UC HEALTH FOOD IS MEDICINE, SUPER BOWL RUN, CHARITABLE DONATIONS.

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE - WITH FIGHTING FOOD INSECURITY STIL THE FOREFRONT OF OUR MISSION, THE SAM HUBBARD FOUNDATION PARTNERED WITH THE CHRIST HOSPITAL HEALTH NETWORK TO DISTRIBUTE THANKSGIVING MEALS TO FAMILIES IN NEED ACROSS THE TRI-STATE. MORE THAN 250 FAMILIES RECEIVED MEALS AT GRANDVIEW ELEMENTARY IN BELLEVUE, KENTUCKY AND LIGHTHOUSE YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES IN CINCINNATI. IN ADDITION TO MEALS, FAMILIES ALSO RECEIVED SIGNED FOOTBALLS, PICTURES AND KROGER GIFT CARDS.

BACKPACK DRIVE - ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 16TH WE DISTRIBUTED OVER 650 BACKPACKS TO EACH AND EVERY STUDENT IN THE BELLEVUE SCHOOL DISTRICT. WE PARTNERED WITH EDUCATIONAL PARTNER, CRAYONS TO COMPUTERS, WHICH TAILORED EACH BACKPACK TO THE STUDENT'S GRADE LEVEL TO EXECUTE THIS PROGRAM. ALSO ON HAND DURING THE EVENT WERE WHO DEY! FROM THE BENGALS, AN ICE CREAM TRUCK COURTESY OF UDF, AND THE SHAMROCKER FROM JAKE SWEENEY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. STUDENTS GOT THE CHANCE TO TAKE PICTURES WITH THE DEFENSIVE END PRIOR TO GETTING THEIR BACKPACKS, MANY OF THEM SNEAKING AWAY WITH THE ULTIMATE HALL PASS, AN AUTOGRAPH FROM HUBBARD HIMSELF!
