HIRING MARGINALIZED ADULTS IN DALLAS, TRAINING THEM AS BARISTAS, AND PAYING THEM A LIVING WAGE WITH OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE.
RAISED MONEY TOWARDS A MATCHING VEHICLE FUND FOR BARISTAS TO PURCHASE GREAT, USED TRANSPORTATION . IN 2022 2 BARISTAS WERE HELPED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR A TOTAL OF $5,000 IN MATCHING FUNDS.
IN 2022 HELPED 4 BARISTAS TAKE COLLEGE CLASSES FOR A TOTAL OF $2000 IN EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT IN TUTORS, COMPUTERS, CLASSES, AND OTHER RESOURCES. THE DIGNITY PROJECT HAS NOW HIRED AND UPLIFED FIVE ADDITIONAL BARISTAS AND THEIR CHILDREN TO TEACH HIGHER LEVELS OF LIVING.
