THROUGH COMMUNITY REFERRALS, OUTREACH, AND LAUNCH, WE GREW OUR LEADERSHIP COHORT BY 43% AND EXPERIENCED 87% RETENTION.LAUNCH WAS CREATED AND COMPLETED AT 2 SITES. OUR LIFE SKILLS LAUNCH PROGRAM WAS CREATED FOR AT-RISK SENIORS. WINTON WOODS AND CLARK MONTESSSORI HIGH SCHOOLS NOMINATED 62 SENIORS TO LAUNCH, OF WHOM 8 COMPLETED AND 1 BECAME A RISING LEADER. WE COMPLETED OUR FIRST YEAR OF LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE AND EXPERIENCED 71% SUCCESS(DEFINED AS 80% OR MORE ATTENDANCE) TWO RL PEER COACHES SERVED 650 STUDENTS AND FAMILIES. ONE RL JOINED AS A RESULT OF OUR OUTREACH EFFORTS. TWO RLS STAYED IN COLLEGE BECAUSE OF THE SCHOLARSHIPS THEY RECEIVED. THREE RLS RECEIVED HOUSING STIPENDS AND WERE ABLE TO LEAVE TOXIC HOMES. ONE RL WAS ABLE TO SUSTAINABLY STAY CLEAN AND NOT FALL INTO DEPRESSION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE. 43% RECEIVED MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR COUNSELING. 3 RLS WERE OFFERED INTERNSHIPS IN CIVIC AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS.
