GRADUS MEANS "ANOTHER STEP" IN LATIN & THE GRADUS PROJECT'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS TAKE "ANOTHER STEP" TOWARD ECONOMIC MOBILITY. WE PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT & JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS AND PROVIDE AWARENESS TRAINING TO CORPORATIONS AND THE K-12 SECTOR.

DESIGNED WORK BASED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS. ENROLLED 10 SURVIVORS IN THE PROGRAM. PROGRAM COMPLETION RATE IS 60% AND EMPLOYMENT RATE IS 83% WITH AN AVERAGE WAGE OF 19.50 PER HOUR. TRAINED 25 SUPERVISORS ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS IN THE WORKPLACE. DONATED OVER 1000 FEMININE HYGEINE PRODUCTS TO DOMESTICE VIOLENCE SHELTERS AND COLLEGE CAMPUSES.
