NCLM IS A FAITH-BASED CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING AND EQUIPPING CHURCH LEAERS AROUND THE WORLD.

Part 3 - Line 4a
1. DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE: DURING 2021, NUMEROUS DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE(DTC) EVENTS WERE HELD AROUND THE WORLD. NCLM HELD DTC 4 TIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, 5 TIMES IN EUROPE AND 7 TIMES IN CHINA. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE DTC IS TO EQUIP CHURCH LEADERS AS WELLS AS EMPOWER CHURCH MEMBERS TO SERVE IN THEIR LOCAL CHURCHES. IN ADDITION, THE DTC CURRICULUM TRAINS CHRISTIANS ON HOW TO RESPOND TO THE NUMEROUS CHALLENGES AND DIFFICULTIES THEY ENCOUNTER IN DAILY LIFE. FURTHERMORE, BELIEVERS GAIN CONFIDENCE TO SHARE THE GOSPEL FAITHFULLY. THE DTC ALSO PROVIDES A SPIRITUAL ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS FELLOWSHIP AND MUTUAL ENCOURAGEMENT. MANY DTC PARTICIPANTS EMERGED TO BECOME POTENTIAL DTC COWORKERS.
2. SUPPORT MINISTRIES: AFTER THE IN-PERSON DTC'S. NCLM COWORKERS WILL ENCOURAGE THE CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS TO CONTINUE TO RECEIVE POST-DTC TRAINGS. FOR EXAMPLE, NCLM COWORKERS HOLD ONLINE GROUP MEETINGS TO CARRY OUT WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY. THE KEY PURPOSE OF THESE BIBLE STUDY GROUPS IS TO SUPPORT DTC PARTICIPANTS IN THEIR ROLE AS LAY LEADERS. NCLM BELIEVES THAT THE WORD OF GOD IS THE FOUNDATION OF ALL MINISTRIES. AS NEEDS ARISE, NCLM COWORKERS ALSO PROVIDE PASTORAL COUNSELING. THE GOAL IS TO BUILD AND SUSTAIN DISCIPLES IN A CONSISTENT AND CONTINUOUS MANNER.
3. ADJUNCTIVE MINISTRIES. BESIDES DTC, NCLM ALSO CONDUCTS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL TRAININGS AROUND THE WORLD, SUCH AS LIFE IN CHRIST-BEING MARRIED COUPLE (4 TIMES), HOW TO LEAD SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION(WEEKLY), HOW TO PREACH LIFE-TRANSFORMATIVE MESSAGE(MONTHLY), AND HOW TO TEACH DTC LESSONS (QUARTERLY), ETC. THE TRAININGS ARE AN EXTENSIION OF LESSONS TAUGHT AT DTC'S. THESE TRAININGS WERE CONDUCTED PRIMARILY IN A VIRTUAL SETTING VIA THE ZOOM PLATFORM, SO THAT THERE IS NO GEOGRAPHIC BARRIER.
