AHF SUPPORT CORPORATION IS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE FOUNDATION INC (THE "SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION") IN CONNECTION THEREWITH TO: 1) OWN, RESTORE, PRESERVE, LEASE, BUY, SELL AND OPERATE HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT REAL ESTATE, PROVIDE SERVICES TO PUBLIC HISTORICAL COMMISSIONS, CHARITABLE CORPORATIONS AND OTHER PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES CONCERNED WITH THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT REAL ESTATE; 2) CONSERVE AND PROTECT GARDENS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES OF ENVIRONMENTAL OR HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE, WHETHER ASSOCIATED WITH A SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURE OR NOT AND TO FIND APPROPRIATE AND SIGNIFICANT USES FOR SUCH PROPERTIES; 3) PROVIDE SERVICES TO, MANAGE FUNDS AND OTHER ASSETS FOR, AND OTHERWISE SUPPORT THE FUNCTIONS OF AND/OR CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION; AND 4) ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONS THAT THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO PERFORM.
