MANKATO YOUTH PLACE IS A FREE PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL AGE KIDS IN THE OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS. IT IS A PROGRAM-BASED ORGANIZATION OFFERING ACADEMIC, ARTS, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HEALTH/WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES. DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR, TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED FROM SCHOOL. IN ADDITION TO PROGRAMMING, MEALS ARE PROVIDED ALONG WITH ITEMS SUCH AS CLOTHING AND TOILETRIES ON SELF-SERVE AS NEEDED BASIS.
