HIV OUTREACH/EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM - PROVIDE OUTREACH TO IDENTIFY PEOPLE WITH HIV DISEASE SO THEY CAN BECOME AWARE OF AND ENROLLED IN CARE AND TREATMENT SERVICES. THE PROGRAM COORDINATES WITH LOCAL HIV PREVENTION OUTREACH TO AVOID DUPLICATION OF EFFORTS; IT TARGETS DISPROPORTIONATE HIV INFECTION RISK POPULATIONS; IT IS CONDUCTED AT TIMES AND PLACES WHERE THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY THAT HIV-INFECTED INDIVIDUALS CAN BE REACHED; AND IT IS DESIGNED WITH QUANTIFIED REPORTING WHICH ACCOUMMIDATES LOCAL EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION.
TRUE T SUDIOS - IS A FLEXIBLE SAFE SPACE THAT HOSTS EVENTS AND PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT ARTS, ACTIVISM AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER AND QUEER COMMUNITY.
OPTION-U - IS AN EMERGENCY HOUSING AND RESOURCE PROGRAM WITH A CASE MANAGEMENT COMPONENT. IT WAS CREATED OUT OF THE EXTENSIVE NEED FOR STABLE HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES FOR THE TRANSGENDER AND NON-BINARY COMMUNITIES OF PITTSBURGH AND THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY IN ITS ENTIRETY. IT IS NOT A PERMANENT HOUSING SOLUTION, IT MAKES PEOPLES CURRENT SITUATION EASIER AS THEY NAVIGATE THROUGH THIS CRISIS.
