WE SUPPORT MINORITY-IDENTIFIED CLIENTS BY: - CONNECTING MINORITY-IDENTIFYING CLIENTS TO MINORITY- IDENTIFYING THERAPISTS VIA A DIRECTORY - PROVIDING VOUCHERS TO MINORITY-IDENTIFYING CLIENTS IN NEED OF SUPPORT FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY - SUPPORTING, WHEN A PERSON HAS A CHOICE (BECAUSE WE SOMETIMES DON'T), TO CELEBRATE AND/OR PROTECT PARTS OF THEIR IDENTITY VIA BOUNDARIES, THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, SENSATIONS, EXPRESSION, ACTIONS, AND/OR COMMUNICATIONWE SUPPORT MINORITY-IDENTIFIED THERAPISTS BY: - ENCOURAGING THERAPISTS TO SET THEIR OWN RATES - PROVIDING VOUCHERS TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY WHICH WILL REDUCE THE WAGE GAP THAT IS PRESENT FORMINORITY-IDENTIFYING THERAPISTS SEEING MINORITY-IDENTIFYING CLIENTS - CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING, CONSULTING, AND NETWORKING WITH MINORITY-IDENTIFYING COLLEAGUES - ADVANCING THERAPISTS OF COLOR TO START, MAINTAIN, AND GROW THEIR PRACTICE THROUGH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT - SUPPORTING, WHEN A PERSON HAS A CHOICE (BECAUSE WE SOMETIMES DON'T), TO CELEBRATE AND/OR PROTECT PARTS OF THEIR IDENTITY VIA BOUNDARIES, THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, SENSATIONS, EXPRESSION, ACTIONS, AND/OR COMMUNICATIONWE SUPPORT COMMUNITY: - PROVIDES SUPPORT TO COMMUNITIES VIA AWARENESS EVENTS, TRAINING, POP-UP CLINICS, SUPPORT GROUPS, AND COMMUNITYENGAGEMENT - PROMOTES DIVERSITYWE SUPPORT SOCIETY: - WORKS TOWARDS ELIMINATING THE WAGE GAP IN MENTAL HEALTH - REDUCES SOCIETAL STIGMA SURROUNDING MENTAL HEALTH - REDUCES SOCIETAL STIGMA SURROUNDING MINORITY AND/OR OPPRESSED IDENTITIESMAJOR PROGRAMMING OF THIS YEAR INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING POP-UP CLINICS:- ARE YOU DOING IT WRONG?
