OUR MISSION IS TO SAVE ANIMALS FROM HIGH KILL SHELTERS AND UNITE THEM WITH THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. WE WERE ESTABLISHED TO HONOR THE TRAUMA AND TURMOIL THAT WE ALL ENDURE, AND TO GROW AND PERSERVE THROUGH OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH ANIMALS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF RHAS IS TO SAVE ANIMALS FROM AT RISK SITUATIONS AND UNITE THEM WITH THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. WE RESCUE ANIMALS PRIMARILY FROM OVERFLOWING SHELTERS IN WASHINGTON AND HOUSTON, TX, LESSENING THE BURDEN ON OUR PARTNER RESCUES AND REDUCING THE RATE OF EUTHANASIA IN THESE AREAS. WE UNITED 110 DOGS AND 60 CATS WITH THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES IN 2022. ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE SAFELY SHELTERED EITHER AT OUR FACILITY OR WITH A FOSTER FAMILY. ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE SPAYED OR NEUTERED BEFORE ADOPTION.
